Description

Hyosung is a Korean brand that made parts for Suzuki, then started making their own bikes worldwide and are still for sale today. The GT650 is, for all intents and purposes, a Suzuki SV650. Many of the mechanical components are interchangeable, even the owners manuals look nearly identical.

It's a sport-touring bike, meaning it's a sport-like appearance with pretty good handling and performance but without the uncomfortable sport-bike seating position. You're more upright, much more comfortable for long trips. The little windshield does a surprising amount to limit the wind on your chest, making it far less fatiguing on the highway than when naked, but if you don't like the look it's just bolted on.

Has service history. In 2023 upgraded the electrical system (coils, plugs, reg/rec, and stator all replaced with upgraded parts). Front tire is less than 2 seasons old, rear tire new last year.

Has a dent in the gas tank area. Small scratches on seat and back area. Mechanically though, and for safety, it's great (depending on how much of a stickler your mechanic is, they may make you remove or alter the windshield). It sounds good. It runs good. It handles good. It's light and maneuverable, but with enough power that you don't grow out of it after the first season (~80hp, and decent city-riding torque from the V-twin).

Title is clean and in my name. Removed from insurance over winter since changing bikes.

Comes with: Rear paddock stand (for easy cleaning/lubing of the chain), and saddlebags for some storage.

Feel free to ask any questions, I'm available through messaging. 3000$ obo

PS: It's a 6-speed manual
