The daytime running light is activated during the day as a substitute for the main headlight either automatically via a light sensor or manually by pressing the daytime riding light button. When darkness falls or when entering a tunnel, the system switches automatically to the main headlight. Note: In Canada, the daytime running light option is not available because our headlights are on when the motorcycle is running.
