Description

Last price reduction before putting it away for the winter. I'm selling my 2004 Vstrom 650 Adventure which I have enjoyed immensely. The bike is low mileage and is completely set up to do a long tour, to commute or to explore back roads. The luggage setup is designed to be durable, not a bunch of plastic boxes that will bust off if you tip over. It rides very smooth with no annoying vibration, can run all day comfortably at 75-80 mph if you ask it to. Good bike for riders 5'9" to 6'5" riders. The gear box is a great 6 speed, no complaints at all with shifting. Great bulletproof engine that you can take to Alaska with no worries about breaking down. I love doing maintenance and motorcycle outfitting - this is a great reliable bike that needs absolutely nothing. Just change oil every year and ride! Mechanical: - checked valves at 32,000 km - New NGK Iridium spark plugs - New DID chain and sprockets - New Shinko 705 tires with front installed and new rear comes with deal, includes another used set of Scout K60's that are a bit more aggressive 50/50 tires w/ 75% tread. - New air filter Upgrades; - Heated grips - Seat Concepts seat - Barkbusters w/ Storm handguards - Stock Givi crash bars - Pannier Racks - SW Motech center stand - Aluminum skid plate - Bar risers - Peg lowering kit (1") - Better mirrors, not sure brand - 2 power outlets, trickle charge outlet - Garmin 396 mount - New Tusk tank bag - New Nelson Rigg Hurricane bags - New 60 liter aluminum top box, locking - National Cycle adjustable touring windscreen - New Aux lights with switch for white or yellow lights, including flash options - New Fuse box under seat for powering gps, aux lights, power outlets using ignition switch or constant power suppy - Radiator and oil cooler gaurds - Fork brace If you want to cheapen the bike down, I can remove the tank bag, Nelson Rigg bags, GPS mount, Aux Lights and sell for $700 less. Message if you want to view the bike or if you have any questions. I can't come down much in price due to the investment in accessories. Located in Pincher Creek
