FREE RECORD CLEANING BRUSH INCLUDED!! Selling a fantastic vintage audiophile starter setup. The Akai AP-100C is a legendary Made-in-Japan belt-drive turntable from the late 70s with an auto-return tonearm. The motor spins completely true, it sounds beautiful, and the cartridge/needle works great.
No plastic dust cover included. The tonearm counterweight is a bit loose on the threads, but it is fully functional and can be tightened up perfectly with a quick wrap of teflon/plumber's tape (very common fix on these vintage arms). Priced down accordingly!
Bonus Included:
Includes a Fosi Box X1 Phono Preamp (retails for $40+). This solves the classic vintage turntable issue—you can plug this entire setup directly into any modern powered speakers, soundbars, or Bluetooth speakers right out of the box.
It turns out I don't play vinyls as much as I thought I would, hence selling before I move out.
