This framing kit allows for quick and easy installation of any appropriately sized roll-up door on the sidewall of a container. The door is Included.
Engineered framing kit is laser cut with all perfectly matched, symmetrical hole locations for quick, easy, and clean installation. The folded profile sheds water perfectly.
Comes with galvanized steel frame components, all necessary hardware and edge trim for the top of the door for a clean appearance and watershed seal.
You'll notice the door size is in inches. This is because containers are metric and designed using mm. Therefore, instead of trying to fit 6', 7' and 8' doors in corrugations that are 278 mm o/c, we have designed the optimum door size to fit the optimum frame design. The new dimensions are slightly larger which is great because an 8' pallet now fits through a 98 1/2" door.

Q. What WARRANTY do you offer on your doors?
A.Our Best Ever Rollup Doors and their components are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material for THREE YEARS. Our paint warranty offers a FORTY YEAR film integrity and a TWENTY FIVE YEAR no fade policy. Other provisions apply.
Q. How tough is a door to install?
A.Discount Daves saves you time by shipping your door with the latch, brackets and tensioner already in place. With the door, you simply snap the brackets into the rails and the door is ready to stand. Comprehensive installation instructions are shipped with every door. Furthermore, an installation video is available on our website to show you just how easy it is to install. It usually takes us about 20 minutes but customers have been saying they take 2 people 40 minutes to install. For safety reasons, its best that two people do the install.
Q. Where do you ship?
A.We are currently shipping to most cities in Canada. The best option is a door to door business delivery or pickup at the truck depot.

Q. Are the doors secure?
A.Compared to conventional garage doors and wood solutions, powder coated galvanized steel offers a sturdy and heavy-duty barrier that is very difficult to penetrate.
Q. Does the door come in other colours besides the Gloss white?
A.Now offering Roll-Up Door in Black 4x7, 5x7, 6x7, 7x7, 8x8, and 10x10. Custom orders in bigger sizes are also available. Please ask for a custom quote
Q. How are the doors shipped?
A.We make our own custom pallets that allow the door to be shipped safely and securely. We wrap each door and the hardware so that it securely fits onto a pallet.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A.That depends on where you are located, and what type of delivery location it is.
Commercial deliveries in most major cities tend to cost between $100 - $175.
Residential deliveries in most major cities tend to cost between $175 - $245.
This will also depend on the service required.
Q. How long do the doors last?
A.Of the thousands of doors sold, we have had little to no issues. With proper installation and continued maintainence the door should last longer than the shed. The doors have precision springs that should last over 25,000 cycles.
We also have a 500 unit mini storage facility for over 25 years and have had no issues with these doors yet.
Q. Can I lock my Best Ever Door?
A.Of course. Each door comes with a heavy-duty steel sliding lock system. Just add a heavy-duty deadbolt (or two) and you are set. Bottom Kick Latches are also available to add extra security to your door.
