For the RV Lot we are looking for someone long-term, preferably a retired couple or single male or female, who is looking for cheap Full-time living! Small Pet welcome! We can build a small yard for your pet if needed. The community offers lots of local services Including restaurants and small grocery stores for necessities. We are 40 minutes north of Hope for any major shopping. Pad rent includes everything! Water, sewer, electricity 30 amp service, and Internet… Propane is Available in town or larger Propane tank rentals are available through Burden and delivery is every other Wednesday! If you go through Burden, we will cover the $99 rental per year for you. Just an FYI: This is a farm so we do have livestock guardian dogs that roam the perimeter to protect our livestock.
