I currently have parking spaces available at 4 locations: 1)107 Argyle Street if you need to be Downtown by Smythe Street. The Atlantic Superstore and Tim Horton’s are across the street. 2)560 & 570 Needham Street if you need to be Downtown by York Street or Regent Street. It is the most central location that I have availability Downtown. 3)748 Charlotte Street next door to the Charlotte Street Arts Centre if you need to be Downtown by St. John Street or University Avenue. 4)737 Irvine Street if you need a parking space on the Northside. ➡️You can rent any of my paved parking spots for only $59 total per month.⬅️ • Prime Rentals gives you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent of $59 per month will stay the same for 2 years. You can rent a parking spot for just 1 month or as long as you want. No lease is required. • My most popular parking area to rent a paved parking space is located Downtown at 560 & 570 Needham Street near Regent Street. It has a new video surveillance system for security. Grocery and shopping amenities are close by. Because of my ideal location Downtown, there are many restaurants and coffee shops including Harvey's Restaurant, Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market, Tim Horton's, MO•CO Kitchen Downtown, Lunar Rogue Pub, The Midsea Eatery, and Snooty Fox to name a few within walking distance. A 5-minute walk will take you to Sobeys for all of your groceries. A 7-minute walk will take you to Kings Place Mall with over 27 stores and services to choose from. A 5-minute drive will take you to the Regent Mall with over 115 stores and services to choose from, and the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital (DECH). • The University of New Brunswick (UNB) is only a 10-minute walk from 560 & 570 Needham Street. The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) is only a 10.5-minute walk. St. Thomas University (STU), New Brunswick Community College (NBCC), Atlantic Business College (ABC), and Maritime College of Forest Technology (MCFT) are mere minutes by car from 560 & 570 Needham Street. • All of my locations have coin-operated Laundry Rooms. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. The Laundry Rooms feature Maytag, Huebsch, GE, and Whirlpool commercial washers and dryers starting at only $2 a wash, and a $1.75 to dry your clothes depending on the location. The Laundry Rooms have a passcode lock or deadbolt for security. Some locations have video surveillance systems for extra security. You would have access to any of my Laundry Rooms if needed. • Prime Rentals has 12 locations around Fredericton mainly in the Downtown core, the Northside, on the hill Uptown, and in Lincoln. I have quality rooms for rent, bachelor, one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments in apartment buildings, and houses converted into apartments with free parking included. I have been locally owned and operated for over 50 years. • Some of the metered parking spaces in Downtown Fredericton are $1.75 per hour 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no maximum daily limit. Parking tickets for expired meters in Downtown Fredericton are expensive. Depending on the location, parking meters with expired time have $25 to $50 parking ticket fines. No Parking Zones are a $50 parking ticket. If you don’t pay the parking ticket within 20 days the fine can escalate to as high as $75. Some parking garages in Downtown Fredericton start at $115 plus $17.25 in HST which equals $132.25 total per month for just 1 parking space. At their price of $132.25 minus my price of $59 you would save $73.25 every month. If by chance the parking garage happens to have any availability then you would be paying them over double the price for the privilege to park there.
