This Monogram 27" wide warming drawer has hidden controls to provide a flushed installation to complement any kitchen. Inside is a removable half rack if you might want to stack multiple platters within and also four temperature controls for your warming needs. There is also a humidity controller, providing conditions to keep things crisp or to keep them moist.
