1983 Honda CM450

I'm selling my 1983 Honda CM450, a classic motorcycle. This bike has a 447cc parallel-twin engine and a 6 speed transmission. It's a great piece for collectors or anyone looking for a retro motorcycle experience. This bike is used and the condition is reflected in the photos. It has new tires. I bought this bike in the middle of winter and it was rough starting but ran ok after warming up and had great power. I had the carbs professionally rebuilt and it started easier, I've rode it for 350km and it's gotten harder to start again. Carbs are rebuilt, compression is good but the spark is weak. I'm not a motorcycle mechanic and it's causing me more stress than the bike was supposed to relieve. It's time to pass it off to someone that knows more than me. One of the side covers has been repaired and there is a little black tape on a seat split. Other than that it's in great shape for being 42. It's close to collector plate level. It came with a bunch of spare parts and the bike has either 32k or 38k km on it. The nicer shinier speedo says 38k, but it's my impression that the last owner swapped a lot of stuff off a parts bike.
