1981 Yamaha 650 Heritage Special

I have a 1981 Yamaha 650cc Heritage Special with cruise control. I purchased it this summer from an auction house as a parts bike because i owned an identical one. I was told it hadn’t been started in a couple years and didn’t run, I cleaned the carbs and changed the spark plugs and it fired up! Runs and drives but would need a little TLC to be street legal, it is being sold without safety and TOD but i have the original key. Asking $1500, I would love to sell it before the winter so make me your best offer. It is currently parked in Niverville, it will need to be loaded on a truck/trailer. I could provide assistance moving it if I reach a deal with a buyer. *edit* i’ve been told by multiple people that it is actually a 400cc, i bought it from the auction as a 650 and it looks identical to my other 2 650s but im starting to think they could be right.
