Firestone 195/65 R15 winter tires on rims

Firestone 195/65 R15 winter tires on steel rims. Tires purchased new for approximately $1200 without rims in Winter 2020, hardly used that year due to working from home. Limited use Winter 2021, stored in climate controlled area 2022-2023 after car was sold. Were previously on a VW Jetta. Tires in excellent condition, rims have rust from standard use but otherwise fine. Asking $650 for tires and rims.
