Blue Boy Tube Bender Plus Expander [BB-000153]

The Blue Boy Tube Bender is designed for high-volumeand with its toughtubular steel frame and design it will handle the toughest jobs with ease. Equipped with two expanders, Hydra-Sizer and Swager, on separate hydraulic cylinders to allow the operator maintain two different set-ups without changing tooling.

• Gripper clamp expander eliminates tube slippage during and after expansion
• Synchronized back gates need less maintenance, make more uniform bends
• Back gate cylinder is bottom-mounted to eliminate interference with tubing
