Karcher BR 40/25 C Commercial Floor Scrubber | 16" Roller Brush

Selling a Karcher BR 40/25 C walk-behind floor scrubber with 16-inch roller brushes. This machine comes from my dad’s cleaning equipment. He ran a cleaning business for many years and is now retiring. The BR 40/25 C is a compact commercial floor scrubber designed for basic and maintenance cleaning of hard floors. It works well on surfaces such as tile, PVC, linoleum, marble, terrazzo, and other smooth or structured floors. Compact 16” scrub head makes it ideal for tight spaces while still delivering powerful cleaning performance. Quiet, efficient, and very easy to maneuver. It was lightly used and always stored indoors. The batteries still work but they may need to be replaced soon. You’re welcome to come see it and test it.
