This rare 1958 Kenner's Bridge and Turnpike set is in good condition and comes in its original box with instructions, and planning book. The box is in pretty good shape but 3 corners are broken. Kenner issued their first Bridge and Turnpike sets in 1958 as a companion to their Girder and Panel set. This set has the original red polyethylene girders and all other parts are also original (not reproduction). Poly plastic girders and the light vac-formed roadways and braces can get brittle with age. Included in the box are: Planning Book, Instructions, 50 - Cross Girders, 35 - Upright Girders, 39 - Stub Girders, 30 - Cross Braces, 18 - Tie Braces, 6 – Roadways, 2 - Ramps, 10 - Road Signs, and 5 - Masonite Footings.
