It will 'meow' once in awhile, blink it's eyes, open it's mouth, shake it's head then twitch one ear as if it has an itch. Sometimes it will yawn then look around a little, then go to sleep only to wake up again after several minutes.
It comes with switch on and off button if you do not want it to make sound.
