It has a duel mirror you can rotate on its swivel for a close up or a standard view. Original chord and plug work perfectly.
Made of a dark brown plastic. 13" wide 10" high and 3" deep. Off/ON switch on the front.

Disclosure: Left light lens is loose and can fall out. Mirror frame has a hairline crack top right (see picture)
