2011 26’x11’ Trailer, tiny home, *REDUCED PRICE

26’by 11’ double wide pop out Springfield 2011 trailer. Large and open concept with separate bedroom with comfy bed and tv. I renovated and removed all unattractive trailer furniture and replaced with modern table and chairs, new ikea couch, attractive throw rug,and moveable shelves ( I use as bookshelves). Bathroom with small tub, shower, toilet and sink. Bunk beds off main living area. Everything works in kitchen which includes Medium sized fridge/ freezer, microwave, propane stove with working oven, toaster and electric kettle. It comes with a new and efficient Toshiba dehumidifier ( no mold will ever take hold with this gem) as well as a brand new 1000$ generator that I bought for power outages and one could use for camping. I’ve only used generator twice which powers entire trailer. It has two large propane tanks which power stove/oven and heat the water, and cold air conditioning and heating system too. It has an efficient free standing electric heater which Ive found heats perfectly in winter without the propane heat. Selling because I’m moving east, have comfortably shared it with a six year old for a year. Can be moved with a regular truck, I have a guy who will move wherever ( I brought it from comox last year when I bought it). No leaks or damage, 3 skylights, charming decor.
