Shasta Oasis 310K Travel Trailer

Trailer is in excellent shape, everything works as it should. Power slide, power awning, power jack, has 2 televisions that are mounted and included with trailer. The TV facing the kitchen/dining area pulls out from its mount and can be aimed at the door to view from outside while sitting under the awning. Front bed is 1-year-old full-size queen (not shorter trailer mattress) Larger back bunk has an actual mattress 1 year old and the other 2 bunks have added mattress cover foam for extra comfort.
