2021 ′ Continental Tailwind 5x10 cargo trailer - camper

2021 ′ Continental Tailwind 5x10 cargo trailer that has been converted to double as a camper trailer but still has cargo trailer capabilities. Conversion incudes: -factory conversions - side window that opens, rv door handle on side, roof vent, roof racks and rear stabilized jacks -Insulated all walls and roof with sheep wool (mildew and mold resistance and natural fire resistance) -Kitchen galley - storage box bolted to the side that holds stove and kitchen equipment while in transit, and then setups as a countertop for cooking, prep and washing up. all located under awning. -Shelfs and storage in the front - including fridge on locking slides, allows for easy access from kitchen galley. -platforms and rails - allows for sleeping platform, table/chair, couch or bunk beds. easy to take off and it allows for the entire space to open up (7ftx 5ft) - 4 mountain bikes fit during transit and then takes 5 mins to setup beds when arrive. -270 awning that provides sun and water protection. takes 1 min to setup and can be setup without legs (or one leg for windy days). -fully painted exterior with UV paint - reduces heat during the hot summer days and provides further seal with rain/water. -diesel heater installed and includes a marine gas tank that is setup that the tank is removal. not having to carry gas duirng the warm months, and tank is inside during transit and outside during use. slept in it during -20 Celsius nights and duirng 40 degrees days and stayed comfortable. with all equipment, weights close to 1300-1400 lbs. Tows incredible well and able to maintain 100-110km/h with my 4runner with ease. We have absolutely loved this trailer, and it exceeded my expectations with comfort, ease of towing, ease to setup camp and pack up, and flexibility to use as a full road trip camper, weekend warrior unit to carry mountain bikes and skis, and ability to use it as a cargo trailer for moving large items and landscaping work. We have come to a convergence in our lives with just buying a lake home as our primary home, and the reality of our usage would reduce and no longer warrant keeping it.
