2008 travel trailer with bunks

Total length with hitch is less than 22’ which makes it great for getting around. Bunks were added not original. Soft spot by door. Good practical trailer. Trailer has not been inspected since 2014. Was purchased for a bunk house at a cottage a few years ago. Bearings were checked and has been towed over 4 hours in the last couple years. Hot water tank doesn’t appear to work, although that could just be me not knowing how it works. Let me know if you would like to have a look. Thanks
