2017 Salem Travel Trailer

2017 Forest River 28CKDS - 34 Feet Long. 8 Feet Wide with 2 Sides - Bunks in the back - Only weighs 7600 lbs. Excellent trailer for families! This is a two bedroom trailer. One bedroom in the front has a queen bed. One bedroom in the back has three bunks and storage. This trailer can sleep 8 people comfortably. The table folds down to a bed, and the couch folds down to a bed. Automatic awning. Three tv's one in both bedrooms and in main area of trailer. Trailer will come with dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and much more. Currently this trailer is located at Highland Pines Camp Ground in Belwood, Ontario. We have been at the park for 6 years, and loved it! It can stay at the park, or it cam be pulled off to another park or to the buyers desire. New TV's in last two years, new tap and shut off valves installed under kitchen sink and bathroom sinks last year for convenience. Outdoor area has a bar fridge built into trailer with a door, and a working sink with running water. This is a great trailer that is super cozy and has lots of home like details with the addition of toss cushions, and art purchased at Homesense. This will all be included. Lots of storage.
