Fleetwood 28’ camper

Awesome trailer to get your family out camping. The good: brand new tires Suspension worked on and springs flipped so trailer sits 6” higher than factor. Means backing in and having proper grade to your septic is easier. Brakes were serviced and work perfect. New sink, butcher block counter and table, faucet, smart TV, AC and heater work perfect, New battery New LED lights inside and out Queen size bed upfront Bunks in back. Will need one new bunk mattress. Shower works great and toilet flushes fine. Holding tanks always winterized etc. Bench covers look better than the original. Lots of storage Two new propane tanks and stove inside works great. New Smoke and CO detector The bad: Previous owner painted cabinets and did a few cosmetic updates and didn’t really finish or do a wonderful job. I don’t have the time to touch them up let alone finish. It’s still functional and just needs a little love. Hot water tank is disconnected and bypassed. You can get a tankless system for $600 on Amazon. There previously was a roof look in front of trailer from previous owner. I replaced one roof truss and removed any water damaged wood. I put new membrane down on roof and sealed the hell out of it. No leaks since repair (3 seasons)
