Hybrid Camper trailer

Family got smaller so we don't need a camper that sleeps 8 anymore. I have a well cared for 2008 Stampede Model S-195SD and would like to trade for a smaller hybrid or sell this one and get a smaller one. This one has double sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, air conditioner, 3 piece bath. The floor is solid - no soft spots and the roof was inspected last fall and is good. It was winterized. The awning has been repaired with tape and works well but not as pretty as new. That's the only thing that needs attention if you wish.
