This awesome family friendly trailer that will comfortably sleep 6 adults. Whether you are heading to that motocross race with the family, boondocking on crown land or heading to your friend’s property in the middle of nowhere this camper will handle it all! It is fully stocked and ready to roll! It has a nice low approach angle ramp door, plenty of tie down options for a variety of toys and removable motorcycle wheel chocks if your toy only has 2 wheels. There is also an onboard 40gal fuel station, so you don’t have to haul gas cans around.

Sleeps 6 adults. The front bed is a queen with extra storage underneath, there is a happy jack queen bed that comes down from the ceiling and the 2 couches fold down into another full size bed below.

Kitchen has everything you need. You will appreciate the larger fridge and full-size freezer that will fit all your food and it runs on propane or electric. 2 burner stove, microwave and a double sink. What about utensils?! Of course, this unit is stocked and ready to roll. I want to make this experience amazing so everything you’ll need comes with it. Utensils, plates and glasses for 6, a BBQ utensil kit, small portable BBQ. Ok but lets get serious here… What do we do for our morning coffee?! I got you covered!! Of course, there’s a coffee machine!! This unit comes with a Keurig coffee machine with 10 K cups. (more available upon request), random pots and pans (don’t worry there is a pan to cook bacon!), a variety of cooking utensils (eg..stir spoon, ladle, salad tongues) and a few larger bowls for salad, chips or whatever. There is also a double slice toaster. As I mentioned everything but the kitchen sink!! Oh, but wait... there is a kitchen sink!

The washroom has all the convinces of home with a toilet, sink, and a larger than normal shower and because you will probably forget, comes stocked with toilet paper. (I told you, I got you). Heat or AC will pump out plenty of hot or cold air to keep you comfortable for great night sleep or those hard-earned afternoon naps!

This unit is also equipped with two 24” smart tv’s with HDMI inputs. There is one in the living area and one in the front bedroom. Great for movies on for those rainy days or if your kids (or husband) need their video games.

Wait, what about pets? Of course, pets are allowed!! Well as long as they don’t eat the cushions of course. As a pet owner, we all know that fur gets EVERYWHERE so a $35 pet cleaning fee will be applied.

Outdoor amenities The unit is equipped with a massive 18’ power retractable awning to keep you shaded and out of the rain. A large outdoor carpet is included to laydown under the awning which helps tremendously to keep your campsite and trailer clean. This camper also comes with 6 camping chairs (4 full size and 2 mini kids chairs) an outdoor table and of course marshmallow-hotdog/spider dog cooking sticks.

TOWING INFORMATION You must have a ½ ton (1500) or larger pickup truck to tow this unit. Please check your vehicles towing capacities prior to booking.

This unit comes with a weight distribution hitch and requires your vehicle to have a 2” hitch receiver, a 7pin electrical connection and a brake controller. If your vehicle doesn’t have a brake controller, I can provide you with a wireless one for $50, however your vehicle still needs a 7pin electrical connector. It is 11.25’ tall, 8.5’ wide and has a total length (hitch to rear) of just under 26 1/2’ so small enough to get into almost anywhere! It also receives regular maintenance of wheel bearings, brakes suspension and tires to ensure a trouble-free trip.

Rental RATES (minimum 5-day rental) $150/day $945/week $3150/month

A $40 prep fee will be applied to each rental.

A generator is also available if your destination doesn’t have any power. It is a quiet and fuel-efficient Honda EU3000 with electric start. It will run all the amenities of the camper and comes with a lockable security cord so it will be there when you return from your day’s adventures.

An $1000 deposit will be taken prior to departure that covers a $900 security deposit, a $50 septic emptying prepayment, and a $50 Propane refill prepayment. Should the camper be returned undamaged, tanks emptied, and propane full the total $1000 deposit will be returned.
