This unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably with a King size bed at the front and a large pull couch in the living room area. It’s a very spacious unit with 3 slide outs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave convection oven and a three-burner propane gas cooktop (never cooked inside the trailer) and has a granite kitchen island and counter. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We currently have a Bell satellite dish located at the rear of the site; this can be set up by the new owner if desired. The main Wi-Fi hub is located nearby in the open field, with the first hub located directly beside our trailer. Internet signal has been good at our site. There are two roof top A/C units, one in the main living room and one in the bedroom. The site has 30amp hookup, water and sewer connections. It has 2 retractable power awnings for plenty of shade and has two 30-pound propane tanks (and one spare located in the shed.)

This trailer was purchased brand new and delivered to Fisherman’s Cove for the 2020 camping season. It has remained permanently on site since delivery (no kms towed).
