31 foot Jayco trailer, 2007

PRICE JUST DROPPED, WOULD LIKE TO SELL BEFORE WINTER. 2007 Jayco trailer, model 31BHS, 31 feet long. 3rd owner. Will sleep 10 in total, if the eating table is collapsed. Easily sleeps 8. Entering through the door, the master bedroom is to the right, the kitchen is to the left and the living/seating is ahead. Turning left, the dining table area is on the right, the stove and fridge are on the left and the bathroom is on the left. Straight ahead is the rear bunk area. The original owners were an older couple, and they only used it weekends seasonally. 2nd owners used it here locally to live while they built their home. They used the kitchen, seating and sleeping facilities only, did not use the water lines (they were still filled with antifreeze). We used the trailer to live in for 2 seasons while building here, and we used all the facilities of the trailer. We did not poop in the toilet. All functions of the trailer work, except the AC does not work. The oven in the stove needs to be manually lit, but works otherwise. We used the water tank and pump, and then ran water to the trailer. Water heater works great, toilet and shower work great, stove works great, microwave works great, all sinks and taps work fine, and furnace was serviced last fall, and works fine. There are no leaks in the trailer (we have had some really hard rainstorms here lately), and the tip out goes in and out just fine. Tip out top seal was just checked and re-glued. All interior lighting is warm white LED. Convertor works just fine; this unit will recharge the batteries when the trailer is connected to an external AC line. Some minor interior wear, but we have kept the inside clean while living in it. Trailer was kept covered by a large tarp during the winter seasons, and has not smelled musty in the spring when opened up. In the winter, we put antifreeze in, and all water lines are perfectly good. Included are a new queen trailer mattress, the wood steps, and the 2 supports for a canopy that could be installed if you want to get one. Extra pillows for the couch also. Propane tanks and batteries are NOT included. Unit is sold as-is, with all the facilities working as mentioned. Just cleaned inside and out, and presents well. VIN search shows clean title. You are responsible for having a license plate and insurance to move this trailer, and you must have a proper vehicle to move this from our property. We assume no liability for damage caused to the trailer when you come to pick it up and move it. Please be prepared to back the trailer out of our driveway, as this is the only way to get it out.
