2016 RPOD 183G Hood River Edition. I am the 2nd owner and have owned it since 2017. I have only used the trailer one time for a week trip and it's been in covered storage since I purchased it. I just took the trailer into the dealership to have it serviced and checked over Aug 12, 2023. Everything is working great as the trailer is practically brand new. The interior of the trailer has been very lightly used (3-4 trips between myself and prior owner). The exterior decals on the door side are showing sun fade and cracking and could be replaced. The bottom cushions on the dinette were replaced with high density foam/fortrel for increased comfort. The bathroom is a full sized bathroom (not a wet bath) and has a corner shower. The rear of the trailer has the rear garage kitchen with sink, storage, TV connection, and quick-disconnect propane (BBQ grill included). Refrigerator works on both electric and propane. Microwave is a convection micro. There is 1 Interstate battery and 1 propane tank. Trailer is pre-wired for zamp solar. This trailer is so easy to tow and light at only 2,765 lbs dry weight. I am including 3 new items that I purchased but have not installed yet. 1. Brand new in box RVLock V4.0 keyless entry lock with keypad is included (I just haven't got around to installing it). Paid $250. 2. Progressive Industries HW30C Hardwired 30 Amps EMS Surge & Electrical Protection. Paid $230. 3. Max airvent cover. Paid $50 I am including all accessories such as sewer hoses, fresh washer hose/filter, kitchen items in cabinets like dishes/cutlery. Work performed August 12, 2023 by Forest River dealership: summerize trailer, fresh water system flushed and filled, propane leak test and regulator inspection, clean and ignite propane appliances, test A/C, test fridge on 110V and propane, 12V electric check and battery, replaced propane leak detector (Safe-T-Alert), re-pack axle wheel bearings/replace seals/adjust brakes/inspect suspension, lube the slide rails, re-caulk exterior side walls/roof.
