Description
Newer hot water tank, batteries, inverter and brañd new mattress. Comes with hitch, sway bars and never used barbeque. Air conditioner, furnace and fridge all work as they should.
Cleaned from top to bottom!
Microwave does not work.
Awning has about a foot long tear on it. I have tape to repair. Also, a clip fell out. Should be easy fix. A new replacement cover is about $120 on amazon.
Floor vinyl is cracked due to cold weather. About $500 to replace with click flooring if done by yourself.
