2023 Fifth Wheel Grand Design Solitude 378BHS Has rear bunk house with fold out couch and 4 bunks. Has a private half washroom and separate entrance. Master bedroom and full washroom above the 5th wheel. Prepped for washer and dryer. Outdoor kitchen, power awnings, power jacks with auto level, 4 power slides. Tire pressure sensors, back up camera, 2 /30lb propane tanks, rear hitch for a boat or enclosed trailer, solar panels, generator prep, 2 Air conditioners that keep it plenty cold, heated enclosed underbelly, huge heated pass through storage area, fireplace, 2 tvs, dressers, lots of storage, power vent, exhaust fans. Has an app you can connect to and use your phone to auto level, turn lights on/off, awnings in/out, slides in/out. Was bought from Minards Liesure world in late summer of 2023 and towed to our private Lot on Katepwa Lake. We used it off and on the past couple summers and wax/polish it every fall and put a cover over for the winter. No issues, just have th R.M. Stating we cannot have it on our lot.
