No Longer Available - Boler 17 Footer $5,500

It is a 1979. Wet bath. All appliances work (furnace, water heater, fridge, stove/oven). It has the side couch/bed. The cupboards above it can be turned into a bed as well. The table turns into a bed. It had new tires 2 years ago, as well as bearings repacked. The axle was upgraded to a 5000 lb with trailer brakes. It comes with 2, 20 pound propane tanks. I have replumbed most of the water lines, the black tank pipes. It has a newer toilet and the bathroom works fine. The water pump is newer. It also has a Go-Power 1000 watt pure sine inverter, and automatic transfer switch, newer 45 amp Progressive Dynamics converter charger (with 3 stage charging). It comes with 1 deep cycle battery that's relatively new and has always been maintained with a smart charger. Includes a new door lock part that I never got around to installing (current door lock works fine, but only 1 key). Located in Arcola, SK
