2009 GMC Sierra 3500HD & 2003 Adventurer 90FWS

Truck & camper combo.

Bought in 2022 as a combo from a retired couple in 100 Mile House. Kept dry and under cover its whole life; used for a couple summer camping trips each year.

CAMPER

All season insulated camper. Dry and in great condition when purchased. Roof redone in 2021 (I had it checked over by a professional, they said it was a good job), new mattress in 2021, everything else was still stock. I've since invested thousands of dollars in upgrades: - professionally re-sealed - new hot water tank professionally installed - two new lithium batteries, a 700W converter, and 200W solar panel electrical system installed by electrician - all lighting replaced with LEDs - painted entire interior white with black accents, including black epoxy counters, - replaced shower head with high pressure low flow.

Everything works great, it's nicely renovated and move-in ready. Has electric jacks, awning, bathroom, toilet and shower inside plus an outside shower, dinette turns into an extra bed, outside shower. Maxi fan is quiet and blows air in or out with vent covers so vents can be left open while driving.

TRUCK

4x4 1-ton GMC with crew cab with 8 ft bed; fits the camper perfect and carries it easy. Comes with tie downs of course. Has 2.5" hitch. Interior is in good condition. I replaced the back seats with a wooden platform to store my mountain bike (fork mounted) and gain extra storage space - it fits a lot. I still have the back seats if you prefer to have the seats.

As a mechanic I've kept the truck in good condition. - added a second additional (leisure) battery to the truck and wired on a split charge circuit so it’ll charge while the engine is running and disconnect when the engine is off, so no need to worry about draining power from the truck battery while boondocking. - added airbags to rear suspension for smoother ride
