Are you up for travel?
I am a Canadian biologist who has traveled and lived extensively overseas. I have worked for the United Nations, Conservation International, WWF and the Canadian government. It is now 19 years I have arranged and guided international tours under my company's name 'a brush with nature'.
Why consider 'a brush with nature'? I am a one-person operation and have always worked word-of-mouth. Thus I have had no need of a website. So why am I advertising now? My clients, many repeats, tell me I should let others know that I specialize in out-of-the-way tours always working hand-in-hand with local guides. So if visiting Chile, Ghana, French Guyana, Panama, Vietnam, Laos, Zambia, Tanzania or South Africa interests you, give me a growl. If I have a minimum 5-6 clients, we're on.
