Math, Physics, Chemistry, & Statistics Online Tutoring || $50/hr

Hello! I'm Dan and I'm offering online private tutoring for math, physics, chemistry, and statistics; as well as other STEM related topics.

My schedule is flexible, and I do tutoring appointments morning, afternoon, and evening during weekdays, as well as at select times on Sundays. Appointments are generally done one-to-one but I can also make small group meetings work if that would be preferred.

I can help if you're having a hard time understanding a new topic and want it explained in a way that makes sense to you. I can help if you have an important test coming up and want to go over the topics to make sure you understand. I can even help if you're already doing well and just want to better understand what you're doing and to feel more confident about it.

I really enjoy the subjects and always try to share that passion with people, talking ideas through conversationally with lots of room for questions and other input. I recognize that it can be hard to ask questions and I try to make that easier by approaching things in a casual way as a storyteller and translator.

I've been doing this full time for seven years now but have experience dating back a decade further to my own time in university (Mechanical Engineering//Mathematics). Nonetheless, I still remember what it's like to not understand things and remember various ideas that made things click; it means a lot to be able to share that experience with others.

I can tutor all (but not limited to) the following sorts of classes at the high school level (including specific curriculums like IB, GCSE, and AP): High School Math Grades 10-12; Algebra, Pre-Cal, Calculus High School Science Grade 10 High School Chemistry Grades 11-12 High School Physics Grades 11-12

I can tutor all (but not limited to) the following sorts of classes at the university level: Introductory Calculus Introductory Statistics (Probability, Confidence Intervals, Hypothesis Tests, Etc.) Intermediate Statistics (Regression Analysis, ANOVA, Etc.) Introductory Chemistry Introductory Physics

I can also help with various math and science related topics for things like the GRE, LSAT, or GMAT tests.

When you message me let me know the subject you're working on, and I'll let you know if I can assist. I may ask for a sample of what you're working on to ensure I'm familiar with the topic.

At the moment appointments are online only (Zoom), my current rate for regular appointments is $50/hr.

I wish I didn't have to add this but please don't contact me if you're just looking to pay someone to do your homework for you. That's not what I do. If you're stuck and want help working through assignments that's one thing and that's no problem, but I don't do others' homework for them.
