I am a retired professor of mathematics, with Ph. D. in the subject and 38 years teaching experience. I have repeatedly taught, and can offer tutoring in, a wide variety of university courses, including precalculus, calculus, statistics, financial mathematics, matrix and linear algebra, discrete mathematics, advanced calculus, real analysis, set theory, modern algebra, topology, etc. I can also offer tutoring in most courses in mathematics at the community college level, in almost any course in statistics offered by another department (e.g., psychology or sociology), and in many courses in business mathematics. (Sorry, no SPSS! Also, with regret, no high school students, except possibly with calculus.)
I am now resident in Kitchener. Hours are flexible. Groups of students with similar requirements are welcome, so costs can be shared. Inquiries by e-mail will receive prompt response.
