47-inch toshiba tv (plasma)

This tv is decently old, comes with its power cord, when it turns off for short period of times the screen on 1 side goes dark but not black and goes back to normal within 5 minutes. Has a sidebar for buttons as shown, NEEDED GONE! In my opinion this has honestly really good quality even though its an older model. Price can go lower if needed, just i need it gone, and money from it atm.
