This two-bedroom, two-bath luxury condominium features a dramatic 23-foot vaulted ceiling and 12 ft wrap around wall of windows which are extraordinary for viewing the majestic mountain vista and Banff’s Rundle and Cascade Mountains. The prettiest hours of the day are dawn and dusk, the alpen glow on the mountains cast a warm light into the condo. Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot-tub, basking on the sunny sofa or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony. The scenery pictures included are taken from either the balcony or from inside the unit.

LIVING AREA With 950 square feet of living space you will find the condo to be spacious and comfortable for 1 to 4 guests. The river stone gas fireplace warms up the space, perfect for cozying up on winter evenings. Furnishing include a modern tufted leather sofa, ottoman and lounge positioned for optimal mountain views. Rustic side tables and cozy cabin pillows complete the inviting space. Living room is equipped with a new Samsung flat screen smart tv.

KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliance package including dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, microwave & fridge. Also provided is a full assortment of dinnerware, cookware, glassware and utensils as well as quality small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hand blender. New in 2020, modern quartz countertops, flooring, stainless steel Blanco sink and facet. Dining table is complete with four chairs and two leather barstools for gathering around the kitchen peninsula. Everything you need and more for casual dining or to prepare a gourmet meal.

UPPER MASTER BEDROOM & ENSUITE The master is located up a flight of stairs and includes an attached bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. LOWER BEDROOM & MAIN BATHROOM This bedroom is located on the main floor of the unit and includes a brand new in 2020 Beautyrest luxury hotel collection pillowtop queen bed, desk and half closet. Adjacent from this bedroom is the main bathroom featuring a modern walk in shower with sliding glass door and soothing rain shower.

The unit is equipped with a selection of pillows for your personal preference and lots of fresh towels and bathroom amenities. We are conscientious of providing quality beds and bedding and deem this as the most important factor in a vacation rental. We provide high quality mattresses, bedding and linen and refresh frequently for the comfort of our guests. Both upper and lower bathrooms are fully renovated for 2020 including new flooring, countertops, modern shower enclosures with rustic tiling. Both bathrooms feature Canadian made luxury brands, bath & rain facets by Riobel in Montreal and hardware by Laloo in Winnipeg.

OTHER This unit is located on the top/4th floor for optimum views and is accessible by both stairs and elevator. The balcony is spacious and delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with two chairs, small table and propane barbecue for grilling. One indoor heated parking space is complimentary with the rental however plenty of free parking is available outside around the building for extra vehicles. The unit in general is equipped with many many more amenities then you would find in a hotel room to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

BUILDING AMENITIES Canmore Crossing condominium complex has two public rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best views in the entire Bow Valley, a 360-degree full panorama…take your camera for this luxurious soak. A basic fitness room is located at the end of the hall near the elevator, it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout. Bike and storage lock up is available for those travelling with extra sports gear. The outdoor courtyard is complete with benches and an assortment of shops are on the lower main level of the building.

LOCAL AREA Canmore is the gateway to Banff National Park, a mere 10 minutes from this UNESCO world heritage site. Banff National Park is world-renowned for its majestic peaks and glacier lakes, amazing activities, sightseeing and wildlife sighting opportunities. Canmore Crossing condominium is located in the hub of downtown Canmore, historically a mining town. Today, Canmore is a vibrant and modern town with 10,000 + residents, a quaint mountain town. The condo itself is a short walk away from downtown Canmore and the finest shops, galleries and restaurants in the Bow Valley. This location is steps (1 min walk) away from key services like grocery, liquor, postal, banking and coffee shops. Across the road from the condo is access to the huge downtown network of walking trails, don’t miss a stroll around the Bow River and the historic bridge, it is a local favourite.
