Senior couple wishing to exchange fully furnished executive home in PARKSVILLE for similar home in EDMONTON for a few months or more commencing in late Jan./‘25. Non-smokers, no pets. Dates and duration flexible . We are located next to Morningstar Golf Course and close to 5-6 nearby courses as well so more than enough golfing opportunities for winter golfing without leaving the country. We are located close to shopping, the waterfront, trails, pubs, etc. The Pacific Ocean is 2 1/2 hrs away, Nanaimo 1/2 hr , Victoria 2 1/2 hrs, Nanaimo Airport 50 mins.
