House Sitter/Rental

Are you someone who lives away over the winter months needing someone to take care and watch over your property? Very trustworthy, mature, responsible, female with immaculate organization and cleaning abilities! I am offering my services to house sit while you are gone on vacation, or live away for a few months at a vacation home! Willing to live in, upkeep the property and home as compensation. If you need me to live in house while you are away, I ask that my fur baby can come with me as she is very well behaved, well trained and a gentle soul. I will offer a meet and greet or I am willing to do a FaceTime so you can meet her! It’s not a deal breaker if she cannot. I of course will upkeep the house to your desire, clean or organize whatever is needed, feed animals or fish, shovel walkways/driveways, cut grass, lock gates, watch security cameras, assure there are no leaks or floods ect. Anything that you need done I will take care of it! I am strongly looking for a place that will allow me to live in, and hoping to find somewhere for a few months as my living situation has abruptly changed and I cannot dedicate myself to somewhere permanent at the moment and needing to try save money! So helping you- helps me! I have a steady full time job in Lloydminster, but I will be available every night. References & Criminal Record Check available on request !
