Family friendly Sicamous beach front 2 bedroom plus large loft townhouse available for rent. Rental is on the third row of the gated community and 20 second walk to a private sandy beach overlooking Mara lake with its own boat slip and only a few min boat ride onto Shuswap lake.
Townhouse has 2 bedrooms, washroom with kitchen and living room on the main floor with a partial view of the lake from the deck. Includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet, smart tv with Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube premium, prime Video, and air-condition. The loft has a bunk bed, queen bed and a sofa beds with entertainment system and a small desk overlooking the main floor with a view of the lake. The resort is gated and very private. One private parking spot is provided in the complex plus an extra parking site off site at Lakeside Storage for your second vehicle or boat trailer.

Prices for weeks depend on the week plus $200 cleaning fee. $500 deposit required when booking and fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled between 30 - 15 day of arrival 50% refundable and no refunds if cancel 14 days or less day prior to arrival.
2025 bookings will start Mid January 2025 for July.
Accepting bookings for May, June August and September now.

1 week bookings for July and Aug is $2450 week plus cleaning fee ($200) and applicable taxes (PST and Municipal Regional District Tax).
