Orangewood Shadows 55+ Resort Park Model for Rent in Mesa AZ.:

We have a Park Model in Mesa AZ, located in Orangewood Shadows RV Resort, that we would like to rent out for the 2024/2025 season. Our lot number is #344, on 3rd St. It is well inside the park, away from the traffic noise of University Dr. It has an Arizona room attached which we use primarily as a craft room. The AZ room also has a laundry closet with a full-sized stackable washer/dryer & sink. Also, a craft closet and a general closet. The floors in the unit are laminate wood throughout, except for the bedroom which is carpet. There are 2 TV's (Local Over Air HD TV is included) and a stereo/radio/CD player. The unit is fully stocked with dishes and utensils and everything you should need for day to day living. The unit has central air conditioning and a small deck. I have attached some pictures. We have also upgraded the bathroom with new paint, faucets and a comfort height toilet. The bed you see is a Queen size. As you will see from the pics, the inside of the unit is painted in light colors; very bright with lots of natural light. Charges for water, sewer, weekly trash pick up and use of park facilities is included with the rent. Internet, local phone service and WIFI are available at the park hall/office complex at no charge. There is patio furniture for the carport area as well as the small deck. There is a BBQ grill. Two bicycles(1 men's/1 women's) are available for use if you wish. *** This is a “No Smoking” unit. *** Orangewood Shadows is a “No Pet” Park.

The Rent is as follows: Between Oct 1 & Jan 1 - $1700.00 USD/mo. + electricity. Between Jan 1 & May 1 - $2100.00 USD/mo. + electricity.

A $400.00 USD non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation as stipulated in the rental contract. A $500.00 USD refundable damage deposit is also required as stipulated in the rental contract. There is a $50.00 USD "Administration fee" charged by the park, for each rental period. You can either pay that when you check into the park or we can add it to you total rental amount.

A rental contract must be signed, and rent paid in full, 4 weeks prior to occupancy. We have an agent in Orangewood Shadows that is available to assist you, should there be any problems with the unit during your occupancy.
