I have taken the rental off the traditional vacation rental websites this year. Main bedroom has a King and second bedroom has two XL twin beds, two bathrooms. We have age restriction of 30 years old for main renter. $500 deposit due at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to rental. A non smoking and no pet property.
