Book your vacation at beautiful Fairmont Hot Springs BC and vacation for a week starting January 1st 2026 up to the week of May 4th. You can choose early to ski or later to golf. Timeshare is beside Riverside Golf Course and close to Fairmont Hot Springs and 3 other golf courses. You will receive a week vacation every even year for the maintenance fee of $1700 (every even year). That is $240 per night for two complete suites that together sleeps 8 persons (2 kitchens ie two of everything plus washer and dryer). The rec centre has a pool and hot tubs in and out, as well as a games room and a gym. Available to purchase ( for the $315 transfer fee) immediately enabling a quick reservation for 2026. I am unable to use this anymore so that is why I am giving it away. Timeshare is managed by Sunchaser Villas in Calgary. They will look after the transfer.
