One week timeshare Delta Grand Okanagan, one bedroom, full kitch

We are unable to use our timeshare for October, it's a fully stocked kitchen suite with one bedroom and one bathroom. It has a pullout sleeper sofa, a small balcony that overlooks the pool area. Great bbq deck is just down the hallway from our unit. Coffee shop, great restaurants, casino all on site. Located in beautiful Kelownas lakefront on Water Street. There is a large parkade attached to hotel, it is an additional $90 for the week. Asking $1000 which is less than I paid for the maintenance fees.
