No Longer Available - One week timeshare @ Delta Okana... $1,500

We cannot use it due to recent knee replacement. My maintenance fees are $1700 and I'll rent it out for $1500. Parking fees are $90 a week and you would be responsible for that separately, payable to the hotel. There is a large covered parkade attached to the hotel. This is a one bedroom and pullout sofa, one bathroom, balcony with table/chairs, fully stocked kitchen, right on the lake, bbq on the deck steps away from out room. Numerous pools, restaurants, tons to do within the downtown area. Great shopping and bars, coffee shops etc.
