Sites available for 6 months or long-term living. Join our year-round community. The site has a picnic table and a fire ring. Price based on double occupancy. One unit / one vehicle / one shed. The rent includes water, septic and regular-size garbage. The 50 amps meter is with Fortis. You can build a deck or a porch on your site if everything is removed when you leave. Proper insurance needs to cover liabilities and belongings. The $500 security deposit will be sent back after the contract is over and the site is clean and empty.

Quiet pet $100/6 months Second vehicle $100/6 months. Boat, sled trailer parking $300/6 months

Activities & music events are not included in the price. No music after 10 pm - except for events
