Deposits: In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required with every booking at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort. Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. The same credit card must be provided upon check-in. Please ask our Guest Services Agents about the deposit required when making a reservation direct. If booking online, the deposit policy will be clearly listed beside each rate. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help. Long Term Rate (Monthly) Deposit – First month rental deposit is due upon reservation and fully refundable up to 30-days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30-days will forfeit the first month’s deposit.
