RENTAL TERMS: Minimum rental period: 7 days Longer-term seasonal rentals preferred Standard Rate: $2,000/month or $100/month Seasonal Special: June 23 – September 30 $5,500 total 50% reservation deposit required $500 refundable security deposit OCCUPANCY RULES: ✔ Maximum 2 adults and 4 children under 18 years of age ✔ One RV unit per lot ✔ No tents permitted (except one small children’s tent) ✔ No additional family members or friends may occupy the lot without prior approval PET POLICY: Up to 2 pets permitted Pets must be registered Pets must be restrained at all times Owners must clean up after their pets No pets permitted in buildings or on the beach A designated dog-friendly waterfront area is available Excessive barking, aggressive behaviour, or poorly controlled pets will not be tolerated Failure to comply with occupancy, pet, resort, strata, or septic rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
