There are 2 bedrooms one a queen-sized bed in master and other bedrooms a a double under single. . A pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a BBQ on the private balcony. Other condo amenities: Central AC, fireplace, private washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, bath towels, bedding, 2 TVs, unlimited internet, 2 parking spots one above ground and one in the underground secure parkade, deep water boat slip (accommodates approximately 24’ boat including the swimming platform). Building amenities: outdoor swimming pool and hot tub in summer, elevator, a block from the public boat launch, beach and park, restaurants, and shops.
