Our gorgeous recently renovated 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse is available Sept 15 2024 - May 31 2025.
Monthly rate is $1800, but will reduce if you do the entire duration. There is a $185 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
Rent includes all furnishings, TV, internet and all utilities.

-literal steps from beach, pub, liquor store
-under 5 min walk to restaurants, hair salon, fast food chains, Junction coffee shop, dentist
-approx 15min walk to all of downtown (grocery store, hardware store and all shops)
-only 2 other units the building. No one above or below you
-parking garage for 1 small vehicle and one above ground parking spot
-Sunroom off the master bedroom with lake views
-Bathroom off the master bedroom
-ensuite laundry
-central AC
-Property is non-smoking (including vapes/medicinal)
Landlords live in Osoyoos so readily available if any issue.
