Our place is perfect for vacations, self isolating for COVID-19, long term rentals, and a place to stay for production or construction teams.

Our home has a base price of $375 per night. We offer weekly discounts of 10%, bi-weekly discounts of 15%, and Monthly discounts of 30%. Extra $50 a person over 6 people

4th bedroom mini suite 12ft by 18ft with vestibule and arcade Star Wars pinball machine, for an extra $100 on nightly price of $375 which includes up to 2 guests for a total of 8 guests, over 8 an extra $50 a guest maximum 10 guests. Includes queen bed, double pull out couch, coffee maker, mini fridge, dark out curtains.

The space Updates to inside: upgraded comfy beds/linens/pillows and new towels purchased regularly, kitchen Jura automated espresso/coffee machine, new convection/microwave oven, many extra kitchen appliances, wireless unlimited data fibre optic 4k TVs with premium Telus including Netflix, TVs in all bedrooms & 2 sitting rooms, expandable dining table for 8, portable air-conditioning and 4 camera outdoor security cameras available on Living Room TV for social distancing isolation & security, along with home phone for local calls. Outdoors: installation of 2 extra gas firepits (3 in total for separate isolation), 37x16 ft paved patio for outdoor social distancing and auto nighttime lighted enjoyment, 2 auto mosquito eliminators, volleyball/badminton net. Bikes and golf clubs upon request when available. Bright high fenced 1/4 acre use backyard ideal for dogs and family fun.
Front entry-way, to complete upstairs living area, including front yard gas-pit patio. Full access to fenced sunny East facing, large backyard. New washer/dryer in Kitchen. Host's downstairs separate 12x18 office for optional 4th bedroom rental. During Pandemic, house use is rented out exclusively for guests. Note for stays less than 30 days, new provincial government taxes are 8%PST & 3%tourist taxes. Additional Federal 5%GST is charged but noted as Resort tax. The space is ideal for both company workers wishing space on social isolation, as well as families with room to enjoy in the front and large backyard for a safe staycation. Sleeps 3 single adults not sharing any beds with a bedroom for each or 6 guests based on 2 per bed-sharing. Cots and cribs are available upon request. The master bedroom ensuite just received a mini shower.
All 3 bedrooms have large TVs & the living room with a 50", with premium Cable including Netflix, high-speed unlimited fibre optic wireless data, golf clubs & mountain bikes ( parking up to 3, including on boulevard, a fully equipped house with all necessities and accessories in kitchen & bathrooms. We have a beautiful large 1/4 acre backyard! It is equipped with a Volleyball & badminton net, BBQ and patio setup with 3gas firepits, and 10x12 covered gazebo, with 2 people infrared sauna.
Key-less Code entrance into the front door, customized for each stay for added security. We also offer the ability to use our professional housekeeping staff if you want intermittent house cleaning/laundry services at an additional cost. House is kept to Covid cleaning standards for a safe secure stay.
